Free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 150.
For orders under USD 150, a shipping fee of USD 9.99–19.99 applies, depending on destination.


Shipping & Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

ILOVEDRAGON curates niche and emerging fashion brands for a global audience. Some items are produced in limited runs to preserve quality and uniqueness, which may extend shipping times. In such cases, delivery usually takes no longer than three weeks, often sooner. Thank you for your patience.

  • Asia: 5–15 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–25 business days

Duties and Taxes

We cover most duties and import fees through our shipping services. In the rare event that additional charges are applied by customs, the customer is responsible for payment. If the recipient refuses to pay, we are not liable for packages that cannot be delivered.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery Issues

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS or other couriers). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once the tracking status shows the order has been delivered.
