Sizing Attention

Some of our pieces are designed in Japan, Korea, and Northern Europe, which may result in variations in fit. Asian sizing usually runs smaller than US and EU standards, so we recommend checking our detailed size chart before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us at support@ilovedragon.com for sizing advice. For a looser fit, we suggest ordering one size up.


Order Cancellation

We start processing orders quickly, usually within 12 hours. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help.


Product Returns and Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact Form or email us at support@ilovedragon.com with your order details and reason. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Important Notice

If a package is returned because the customer could not be reached or failed to collect it within the required time, the logistics company may dispose of the package. In such cases, ILOVEDRAGON will not issue refunds or re-shipments.

ILOVEDRAGON is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

For packages lost in transit before delivery confirmation, we will arrange a re-shipment or refund. If tracking shows “delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt or theft, the customer must cooperate with the carrier’s claim process. Refunds will only be issued once compensation is received from the carrier.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted if:

  • The request is made more than 15 days after delivery.

  • The item is not shipped back within 3 days of return approval.

  • The reason is customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered).

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or contamination.

  • Tags, accessories, or original packaging are missing.

  • The item is returned without following our specified method.

  • The product was purchased under special conditions (e.g., discounts, promotions, or marked as “non-returnable”).

  • The item is custom-made or personalized.

  • The product is underwear, swimwear, accessories, or other items in direct contact with skin.

  • The order is returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or lack of response to customs contact.

  • Delivery fails due to an address change after shipment.

  • Loss or damage occurs due to natural disasters.

  • Delivery is delayed due to flight cancellations or transit disruptions.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Return locations are mainly in Japan, Hong Kong, or the UK, and costs may vary. Any customs duties from return shipping are also the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a return or exchange at no cost to you. Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and free of stains, with all original tags and accessories included. Returns must be made using our specified method.


Refund & Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing, especially during peak periods. If a return does not meet our requirements, the package will be sent back at the customer’s expense. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been approved and processed.
